Group fantastic experience

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, both local and international, which really made the mornings great. One night, the waiter even surprised us with a plate of his own creation that was just delicious, something I hadn’t expected.

It wasn’t the cheapest option around but still acceptable for the experience we had.

I had an awesome time with friends at the hotel! We visited the Sheikh Jaber Al Ahmad Cultural Center and checked out the largest aquarium in the Middle East—totally worth it. The staff were super friendly, especially Abdelkadir, who offered great tips for local places to eat. Plus, kids under 12 eat free! I’d definitely recommend this spot for a group trip.

One downside was the wifi in our room didn't work when we tried to get online. When I asked about it, they mentioned fixing it after checkout, which wasn’t very helpful.

The team at the property are just fantastic.

Excellent Stay in a Convenient Location!

I enjoyed my two-night stay, especially the warm welcome from the staff. The King Leisure Room offered great comfort, and the proximity to the corniche and diverse restaurants made it ideal for relaxing after a busy day. Just be prepared for some delays at check-in.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was super cozy, complete with a gorgeous sea view, and the swimming pool and spa were perfect for unwinding. Just a minor hiccup was the limited seating in the lobby, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊

The lobby lacks enough seating, turning it into a crowded coffee shop, which can be frustrating when waiting for visitors. Some rooms show signs of aging in furniture, needing a refresh, particularly in room 725 where I encountered a clogged wash sink requiring attention.

The stay was enhanced by a great location in a quiet neighborhood near the sea, complemented by excellent service from the staff. They were consistently friendly and helpful, making dining recommendations and ensuring a smooth experience. room service needs significant improvement, as several items were missing during my orders, and the check-in process was frustratingly slow during peak times. Despite these hiccups, the room quality and breakfast offerings, like the delicious boiled eggs, contributed positively to my experience.

Our family had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn Kuwait By Ihg! The Premium Twin Room with Sea View was spacious and perfect for our kids. The beautiful view from the room was a highlight, and we loved the clean and cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was a hit with the kids, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Abdelkadir, who made sure our needs were met with a smile.

I experienced prompt and thoughtful service upon arrival. Mr Abdulkader at the reception ensured my check-in was quick and seamless, even offering a complimentary room upgrade. The Standard King Room was comfortable and presented well, providing a great space to unwind after a late check-in. I enjoyed a lovely view of the city from my room, adding a nice touch to my stay.

The lobby seating was insufficient, making it feel crowded at times.

24-hour reception made check-in smooth, but wi-fi was unreliable during stay.
